I love this place! They have the best Chicken I have ever tasted. The staff seem clean, and are really so polite. I love this place, and their Mac & Cheese. I would really recommend this place for any one who like/loves Chicken Nuggets.

Wonderful typical chick fil a. Oh and I added bacon to my chicken Sammy for the first time ever and I'll never not do that again. Their bacon is amazing.

Great food fantastic service!

The chicken wasn't as nice as other chic-fil-a's I've been to. This was the deluxe, the chicken was also very small , covered half the bun. Bun was little stale too. The service was very friendly tho, that's why I'm giving 3 stars.

Downloaded the app, stood in a # spot, they brought my order out to me. The food was hot and fresh as always with chic fil a. Service should be a industry standard as they know how to be prompt and efficient. Thanks for the wonderful breakfast.

Day before Thanksgiving. They are slammed. Still super friendly. Refilled our drinks for us asked us repeatedly if we needed anything. Oh and did I mention our food was perfect.

I've been to alot of Chick-fil-As and this one was a bit of a disappointment. First of all, it's got to be noisiest fast food restaurant I've been to in a while. You can barely hear yourself place your order. Next, for some crazy reason, they've filled in the trash openings in their station up by the door so if you have trash, you're gonna need to cross the sea of humanity in line to place their orders OR go clear across the dining room to right outside the playhouse. Just not the best experience. But the food was good, the service was great and fast, so they still outdo their competition by a mile.

Man this place is so worth the wait and the price. They are down to earth church people. I also found out that Vanderbilt based their values from them. Yes I know what your thinking, but this is a fast food place and that's Vanderbilt. It don't matter. It's all in how you treat your customers. And this place is the best. And so is their food. Keep up the good work.

My son loves this place. They have an annual event where they give free chicken meals out to Cumberland University students (my son goes there) and my son has the best time with all his friends and all the food. Good job, Chick-fil-A!

This store is right by the Outlets in Lebonon. It has 2 drive thru lines which we took to get our food. The lines moved very quickly...food came out kinda warm but not hot. Same great tasting chicken but not the usual temp that we are use to from other food places. It was good....just not great this time because of the temp of the food

Went in on Veterans Day. Mainly because I received a message on my app about wanting thank our vets. Went inside and tried to place an order. Was quickly told, that doesn’t start till 10:30. It was 10:05. I nicely said, oh I’m on my way somewhere, really can’t wait 25 minutes. The young girl just looked at me and replied oh well sorry, while shrugging her shoulders. Thank You Veterans!

Yummy to my tummy! Service is always so wonderful. They were so nice here, I felt like I was visiting friends. Very clean. Fast service. Food was super hot and so delicious. I hated to leave. The lady working the dining room cleared our table quickly and was so sweet. Great job Chick fil A, we love you.

Got there about 730 pm on a Friday Night..When I pay $19 for 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks,I expect 100% fresh sandwiches

This fast food chain has to be the best fast food EVER!! There chicken sandwich and waffle fries is what I get, I put ranch on the sandwich and it is amazing!! I can't even believe that this is fast food. They have amazing customer service.

It was my first time there. The place was packed. Very busy. But still got our food fast and fresh. The food tasted great and the staff was just as great too. I will have to go back real soon.

Staff is always courteous and good food!

The food quality was up to chain standards. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness were not. It literally took about 15 minutes for us to receive our food from the time that we entered our table number in the app. The place wasn't busy and people were standing idly behind the counter. The men's restroom wasn't clean and tables hadn't been cleaned up which made our table options slim. We didn't see anyone walking around cleaning the floor while we were there. We've seen much better service and cleaning at other restaurants.There is a small children's play area and they do have outside seating.

Bob was wonderful. He handled the kids who was in line for picture of Santa, kept the dining room clean. Everyone in store was wonderful, fast and friendly. Food was fabulous as usual.

One of the best location so far!

The staff at this location are so great! My wife loves the grilled chicken burrito, but Doordash doesn't let you customize your order for Chick Fil A. So, a few times a week, I call and ask for the cheese to be taken off. I know it has to get old for them to get that request, but you'd never know it by their tone of voice. Very very kind people here and they have a customer for life.

The employees are very nice, they make you feel very comfortable. The food is awesome but the chicken is my favorite!! The prices are a little pricier than the average fast food chains but well worth it!!

Amazing crew working tonight!!! A few of us were traveling home from vacation. We Rolled in 15 minutes until closing. They gladly let us come in and eat! They are the true definitely of "serving with pleasure"!! They deserve recognition for all their kindness tonight. Their willingness to do their job, even though they all wanted to go home speaks volumes. I appreciate this restaurant, the values they hold and the awesome team members they hire!

Best chicken sandwiches in the world always good for lunch

As always, Chick-fil-A was great. Everything they make is top notch. Customer Service is great and you feel like they really appreciate you when you eat there. We stopped with a bus load of 25 soccer players and coaches. They opened up a register just for us without sacrificing customer service to other patrons. We wanted to take all our orders back to the bus as we had a long trip ahead. We were able to everyone served and back on the bus in 20 minutes. This was outstanding service. Well done!

Had a spicy chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries and a strawberry shake yum.
